- Base rate compensation will be 50% of all subscription
revenues generated by your account with your tracking code, and
ALL recurring revenue generated with your tracking code, unless
another written or promotional agreement has been made.
- You must 18 years of age or older to access, advertise,
promote, or re-publish our program, content, trademarks, or any
other substance related to our company.
- All Payments are currently distributed through our
processor, ccbill.com and we in no way assume liability for
their payment schedule, accuracy, or any other accounting
matters beyond our direct contol.
- CCBill.com controls all minimum payout amounts and other
affiliate matters.
- We reserve the right to and will cancel any affiliate
account(s) that produce a high number of chargebacks or refunds.
The amount is at our discretion and we are not required to
notify you prior to cancellation.
- If you send traffic from any site containing child porn or
any material depicting bestiality, rape or torture, your account
will be closed and all funds will be forfeited.
- If you use copyrighted materials without the holders consent
your account will be closed and and all funds will be forfeited.
- We have a zero tolerance
policy towards spam. If you spam through any means, your
account will be closed and all funds will be forfeited.
- We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in
this Agreement at any time. We will do our best to notify you of
any changes.
- We reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation
relating to any illegal activities pertaining to your account.
- We will not be held liable for any loss due to technical
difficulties of any kind. This includes failure of our
servers, coding, content, special effects, business activities,
or any other matters connected to the operation of our company.
- You hereby agree to indemnify Proficient Edge LLC, its
affiliates, shareholders, officers, and employees against any
and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expense
(including attorneys' fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever
incurred by you, your web sites, and or advertising campaigns.
- We will not accept sites hosted on NON-ADULT free hosts and
reserve the right to close those accounts.
- All Proficient Edge LLC program materials, including and not
limited to, banners, photographic materials, recordings, video,
sound, and any other form of intellectual property provided to
you by Proficient Edge LLC shall remain the property of
Proficient Edge LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, altered,
modified, changed, distributed, transmitted, sold or offered for
sale in any manner, at any time anywhere in the world unless
authorized by Proficient Edge LLC in writing.
- We reserve the right to terminate this program at any time
without prior notice
- Stupidcoeds.com does and will operate as Sillycoeds.com
being one and the same.
